Hi I’m Edwina, lover of tea, flowers & essential oils, mama of two boys, living in our little urban homestead in Newcastle NSW, Australia.

I’m Women’s Retreat & Sacred Circle facilitator and passionate student of Ayurveda. A co-founder of Guided Soul Retreat.
