Ayurveda; wisdom of life, it’s the traditional healing system of India that has been used for thousands of years to help people live balanced, healthy lives. The main focus is to promote health, prolong life and eliminate disease. I’m honoured to offer you Feminine Ayurveda Wellness Coaching, to support you on your path to inner healing.
I love the way Ayurveda asks us to use nature to help us understand ourselves. It encourages us to live in harmony with nature and move with the seasons.
This is for you if you’re a busy women who doesn’t have time for another to do list. But wants to feel more energised, balanced and in flow. You know there’s a better way but need some guidance and support. I coach Ayurveda wellness in the feminine form, there are no hard rules just easeful and beautiful rituals that will support you to find ease and flow in your days.
You choose what you implement, we start with one or two rituals that you can consistently practice. I have found this can huge impact on how my days flow, how you connect to others, how you carry yourself through the world. Feel grounded, mood elevated and life is full of beautiful synchronicities.
More often than not it’s about what we remove that can make all the difference. Allowing you to find ease, grace and abundance – whilst living a full and happy life.

During our sessions we’ll take it slow, this is not a quick fix, nor will it solve your problems, rather it’s a path to inner wellness.
Our outer state is is a reflection of our inner state.
Together we’ll approach five key areas to support healing, bringing alignment to your lifestyle practices, adding in positive practices, removing what reduces life force, Sadhana; amplifying rituals and routines to support the the first four koshas ( physical body, energy body, mind & emotions) and then lastly utilise Ayurvedic protocols, herbs and medicinals.
Ayurveda brings your awareness to your place in life to help you grow and heal, it takes you deep into the subtle realm of who you truly are.
Edwina has been living an Ayurvedic lifestyle for most of her adult life and has trained with Katie Rose gaining her Ayurveda Coaching Certificate and is a 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher. During 2023 she will undertake her Ayurveda Nutrition Certification and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training, to give 500 hour Certification.
