Are you new to essential oils or looking for some fresh inspiration for your diffuser blends?
Well you’ve landed in the right place! I’m excited to share my essential oil blend guide with you. You will find all of our favourite blends we use in our home. From mood and emotions to supporting our wellness, I have a blend for you.
Diffusing is often the first place we start when introducing the power of doTERRA essential oils into our homes. It’s where I started. I’ve been diffusing for years and it’s still the number one way that I support my families needs.
When you start diffusing in your home you will notice:
Cleaner Air, Emotional Balance, Clear Breathing, Inviting Environment, Happier & Healthier Home

Create a daily ritual…
We love the daily ritual of putting our diffusers on, we have one in every room. We use our oils to energise in the morning, for focus while we work, to soothe and calm after a day at school and for a good nights sleep… there’s an oil to support just about everything life throws at you.
What I recommend at a minimum is that you diffuse during the key times you are home; in the morning when you rise, in the afternoon as you arrive home & in the evening before bed.
Then of course at times you will need extra support, those stressful days, when you are sick or to invoke a certain mood.
I also recommend that you have diffusers in those main rooms of your home (nobody’s got time to move the diffuser!) We have one in every room, the kitchen/living, the lounge-room, bedrooms and home office.
Diffusing is the easiest way to support you and your whole family, even your pets. We have a fun time choosing our blends each day, the kids love it!

Choosing a Diffuser
We love the doTERRA diffusers, I’ve played with other brands but they haven’t lasted the distance. We’re still using our very first Petal Diffuser which is years old!
The children have the Limited Edition Elephant diffuser, I use the Brevi and hubby uses the Petal on his side of the bed, yep we have our own diffuser on each side of the bed.
Otherwise it’s the Petal Diffuser through our home.
👉🏼Hack #1:
Create pretty diffuser stations around your home, whether it be on your beside, kitchen bench or in your office. This will inspire you to diffuse your oils daily and reap the benefits.
👉🏼hack #2:
Keep a bottle of water next to your diffuser for ease of filling. It saves time and you’ll be more likely to quickly top it up.
👉🏼hack #3:
Keep a selection of your favourite oils that you love to diffuse with your diffuser. If they’re right there you can outsource the diffuser job to one of the kids or someone else in your home.
👉🏼hack #4:
Take it one step further, if you have a favourite blend grab an empty bottle and make up your blend. You’ll then only need to open one bottle and add a few drops of the blend to your diffuser.
👉🏼Hack #5:
Make up a diffuser cleaner spray. Add 6 drops of lemon, table spoon of On Guard Cleaner Concentrate or white vinegar to a 50ml spray bottle and top with filtered water. Then once a a week or so empty your diffuser, spray into the base and lid, rinse with hot water and wipe clean with a soft cloth.

Have fun, enjoy the process and get the whole family involved. I often ask my boys what they want in the diffusers.
The beautiful thing is you can’t go wrong!
Essential oils are magic and so easy to use.
