This last month I’ve been diving deep into studying Ayurveda, and I love it, it just makes sense! I’ve just completed my Ayurveda Goddess Coaching course with the beautiful Katie Rose, so for now I’m soaking in the teachings and reading her book, Mindful Living, I’ve also just commenced my Yoga Teacher Training, I’ve been practicing yoga for close to 20 years and wow it feels great to realise this dream, I’ll share a little secret with you, I’ve had these both, Ayurveda and Yoga Teacher Training, on my vision board for a few years now.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to do, is it time to take the leap?

On high rotation is our playlist from our last retreat, I’m kind of obsessed as it’s taking me back to that incredible weekend, and feeling so grateful as we’ve just sold out our accomodation for our second retreat, in record time! I’m looking forward to holding space and taking care of the beautiful souls who all said yes to themselves. We do have 3 day passes for Saturday 15th if you feel called to join us, take a look here.
I’ve been listening to a few podcasts lately and this one my teacher Katie recommended with her teacher Maya Tiwari has really got me thinking and looking deeper into my ancestry and how to heal layer by layer, all women need to get it in their ears.
In my sadhana kitchen I’ve been cooking up delicious, healing kitchari – you can get the recipe here and I’ve also stepped up my self care by adding the most divine anyhanga self massage, your dry winter skin will love this self care practice, learn more about it here.
If you’re here for the oils you can get your plant medicine fix here and view all the deals for August.
But out of all this the thing that I’m most loving is seeing my clients thrive, clear blockages and move towards beautiful alignment in their lives, find out how you can work with me here.
Wishing a gorgeous week ahead.
